WB Pennine Solicitors will donate 10% of legal fees from any Will Writing or Trust Planning service instructed during the month of November 2024.

Definitions:

• “Will Writing” means the process of writing a will. This includes ‘Simple Wills’ and ‘Mirror Wills’.
• “Trust Planning” means any complex will writing service, including but not limited to: ‘Declaration of Trust’, ‘Discretionary Trust’, ‘Life Interest Trust’, ‘Personal Injury Trust’, ‘Right to Occupy’ and ‘Severing Joint Tenancy’ services. It will also include the creation of single and mirror Lasting Power of Attorney.

We “WB Pennine Solicitors”, will donate 10% of the cost of legal fees as charged to the client at the completion of their service. This will be donated at the end of November. Where we are instructed in November but the service is not concluded in November, a separate one-off donation will be made.

Clients must inform WB Pennine Solicitors prior or upon the instruction of the aforementioned services they wish to take part in this offer by quoting “Cavendish Cancer Care”.
